S.E.R.V.E. Program
USI’s Employee Benefits Plan

USI believes that it is not enough to state that you value your employees; you must be able to demonstrate your commitment through action, through programs, through merit.  To this end in 2006, USI will be rolling out its new S.E.R.V.E. Program to promote career long relationships with our personnel and deliver life long value to our clients. 

Before we share what the S.E.R.V.E. Program is; let us review what it is not.  The S.E.R.V.E. Program is not a Wage Determinator.  A common misunderstanding in our industry is that the contractor establishes the wages for their personnel: this could be no further from the truth.  Wages are established by what the market will bear, and USI does not presume an ability to manipulate this fact.  What is assumed is that our offering will place us in the highest echelons of the compensation arena and that it is from here, that companies distinguish themselves and their offerings from each other.

S.E.R.V.E. is a comprehensive retention campaign designed to provide our professionals with meaningful Healthcare Coverage, Educational Assistance, Professional Accreditations, Family Time, Community Activism, Rewards and Recognition and a Sabbatical Program. 

Detailed program outlines are available and when reviewed, will demonstrate USI’s commitment to our employees and reinforce our desire to establish career long relationships with these professionals.
