United Security, Inc. was founded in 1992 originally focused on providing various United States Government Agencies with premier security services. It was necessary for USI to develop stringent recruitment, retention, training and compliance programs, which led to the establishment of long-term partnerships with such agencies as the Department of Homeland Security, U.S. Marshals Service, U.S. Customs and Border Protection, the Federal Bureau of Prisons and the General Services Administration.  As USI grew, so did its reputation as a premier provider of security and investigative services.  Soon, non-government organizations began to inquire about USI's ability to handle their security requirements which led to the establishment of USI's Corporate Security Division.

Today, USI's three divisions – Corporate Security Services, Government Security Services and Investigative Security Services – serve clients in the Mid-Atlantic and Northeast regions including:
