George W. Guilfoy
Managing Partner

For 30 years, George has been a leader in the New England Security Market. From his first 12 years in pro-prietary Healthcare Security where he served as the President of the Boston Chapter of IAHSS to today, where he is the 2006 President of the Boston Chapter of ASIS International, George has always given back to the industry. As a Managing Partner for USI, George offers our customers an exceptional level of experience and a distinguished record of accomplishment.

Frank J. Consoli II
Managing Partner

After receiving his B.A. in Criminal Justice from St. Anselm College and working on his MBA from Sacred Heart University, Frank embarked on his security career in the private sector as a District Manager. From there, he took several promotions within the industry, which lead him to his most recent position as Vice President/ General Manager of a 90M security division for a national company. Frank is that rare breed of ability, desire and humility and as a Managing partner of USI, Frank will continue to set the mark within the industry.

James J. Joly

With 15 years of solid experience and 150M in security sales, Jim's proudest moment in his career was being asked to deliver the "State of the Industry Response to 9/11" at the National Conference of the International Council of Shopping Center (ICSC). As a life long Sales and Marketing Professional, Jim has always espoused Service as the only true measure of success. Service to your employees; Service to your clients, and Service to your community. As a Managing Partner of USI, Service is what Jim brings to the organization and to our customers.

Carmine Aquila
President

Carmine brings a distinguished record of accomplishment as a NYPD Retiree and a 20+ year security professional in the government services sector.  Prior to USI, Carmine was a Senior Regional Vice President with one of the largest security companies servicing the U.S. government.  The firm provided $40 M in guard services and Carmine was responsible for a third of the total business.    As a Founding Partner in USI, Carmine is one of the most respected names in the industry and his reputation for customer service is legendary.

Joseph Brandefine
President, Investigative Services

Joe joined USI as a Founding Partner in 1992 after an exceptional career as a Detective on the NYPD.  As a seasoned Investigator, Joe established USI’s Investigations Division and today, continues to personally oversee every case file and investigation conducted by USI.  Under Joe’s leadership, USI has been able to grow our menu of Investigative Services and USI takes pride in being able to offer our customers a full service, Security and Investigations Solution.

Christine Gelatt, CPA

As the final Founding Partner of USI, Christine has been instrumental in the company’s success over the past 13 years.  As CFO, Christine has directed the growth of the organization and provided our customers with the assurance of knowing that USI’s back-office operations were running smoothly.  Christine has provided the fiduciary oversight that allowed USI to not only grow, but remain true to its partnership pledges.

Richard Armao
Vice President, Government Services

In his role as Vice President of Operations, Richard has provided the day-to-day management oversight that USI has come to be known for.  Richard brings the resources that 20 years on the job can provide, and he prides himself on having established a personal relationship with every security professional under his command.
