The Partners of United Security, Inc. (USI) are pleased to announce the appointment of Valerie J. Izzo as Director of Human Resources.  

“Valerie brings over 20 years of experience to her role, having served in a variety of senior human resources management positions for both global and locally-based financial and commercial real estate firms.  Her strengths in employee relations, recruiting & retention, benefits and team leadership will be a tremendous resource to our employees and clients alike.” said George W. Guilfoy, Managing Partner, USI.  “She is a tremendous addition to our growing executive team.”

As Human Resources Director, Valerie will provide employment support, direct employee recruitment and retention efforts, oversee job classification, administer employee payroll and benefits, direct learning and development and review and create policy guidelines.
