USI is proud to announce that it has been awarded the security services contract for the The Landmark at Eastview - the premier multi-tenant biotech, medical and pharmaceutical laboratory and office facility in New York State.  The 116 acre Campus is comprised of Eight (8) buildings totaling 750,000 Square Feet.  An additional 360,000 square feet of office and laboratory space is currently under construction at the property, with expected completion in 2009.  “The Landmark at Eastview represents one of the largest security campaigns in Westchester County and BioMed Realty is one the premier Life Science Facility Developers and Managers in the country” says Frank J. Consoli, II, Managing Partner of USI.

“We believe we distinguished ourselves in being awarded this contract in three significant ways.  First, USI successfully implemented the security program at BioMed Realty’s 750,000 Sq. Ft., State-of-the-Art, Life Sciences facility in MA – The Center for Life Sciences Boston.  Second, the Managing Partners had extensive experience in providing security services at The Landmark at Eastview.  Finally, Biomed Realty is able to coordinate with key decision makers on a daily.  USI was the only security company capable of providing BioMed Realty with all of these credentials” added Consoli.
