USI’s Quality Assurance Campaign is insurance that our customers will experience consistent and effective security services.  It acts as an umbrella of protection for our officers, clients and company alike.  It does this by assuring:

• Our Customers are motivated through the facilitation of contracting, administering and reimbursement of services.

• Our Company is motivated through the facilitation of a system of audits and quality assurance processes. 

Valiant – Labor Management Solutions

USI has formed a partnership with Valiant Corporation, drawing on their expertise in Labor Management Software and their ability to support our initiatives with an integrated, employee management solution.  VISION, VAULT and VANTAGE represent the backbone of our automated capabilities and provide USI, or employees and our clients with industry leading software platforms for the administration of Labor Management, Payroll Management and Remote Time and Attendance Management programs.

The other components of USI’s Quality Assurance Campaign are embedded into our Operating Protocol and Procedures.   The areas of focus are captured below:

• Training Management – Reviewable by Employee and Account
• Service Delivery Management – Field Inspections and Training
• Contract Management - Monthly/Quarterly Account Reviews
• Customer Satisfaction Management – Semi-annual Surveys
• Employee Satisfaction Management -  Quarterly Focus Groups
